The rare capability is not understanding one side. It is holding both rooms at once: the builders, the regulators, the buyers, the operators and the institutional owners of public accountability.

- Worldwide Public Sector, hyperscaler (7 years). Bid responses and institutional onboarding across multi-lot European cloud framework engagements; 64 European institutions onboarded under a single framework agreement.
- Tier-1 enterprise workflow platform (7 years). Framing critical-infrastructure engagements at semi-public national scale.
- Cross-border supervisory data platform. Matrix programme coordinating 93 EU and EEA national competent authorities, including four central banks. Five Solvency II releases delivered with zero technical bugs.
- National COVID-19 response. Public-health platform work at the citizen-care interface.
How engagements are taken
By appointment. The practice maintains a small number of concurrent engagements at any time, signed and delivered by the principal personally. There are no associates, no white-labelled partners and no undisclosed advisory relationships with vendors whose products the practice may assess. Affiliations are disclosed on the engagement letter.
